To My Son Film’s Gala Held in Riyadh
The premiere of the film To My Son, produced by O3 Medya and Double A, of which Saner Ayar is the owner, was held on Sunday evening in Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia. According to the news of Birsen Altuntaş, To My Son, the Arab version of Babam ve Oğlum (My Father and My Son), attracted great attention at the Red Sea International Festival last November.
To My Son was directed by Dhafer L’Abidine, a famous actor of Tunisian origin who is a British citizen. L’Abidine, who also starred in the film, had previously played the lead role in Beyrutlu Gelin (Beirut Bride), the Arab adaptation of the Istanbullu Gelin (Istanbul Bride) series, which lasted for three seasons and was shot in Istanbul.
Dhafer L’Abidine was accompanied by Ibrahim Al Hassaoui, Adam Zahr, Khairia Nazmi, Summer Shesha, Ida Al Kussay, Adam Abu Sakha, Sarah Al Yafei and Emilia Fox in To My Son.
