A New Take on the Classic Adventure
Based on Robert Louis Stevenson’s beloved adventure novel, the series follows Jim Hawkins as he becomes caught up in a dangerous journey at sea. The new adaptation brings a fresh take to the familiar story while expanding its world and characters for television.

The series will premiere in the U.S. on MGM+ on October 11, followed by its UK and Ireland debut on Paramount+ on October 12. New episodes will be released weekly, with the season continuing through November 15 in the U.S. and November 16 in the UK and Ireland.

Fifth Season will handle the series’ international distribution rights outside these territories.

With a cast that brings together David Oyelowo, Hayley Atwell, Tom Sweet, Jack Huston and Tomer Capone, Treasure Island is set to offer a new interpretation of one of the most enduring pirate adventures in literature.
