Set to meet the audience on atv in September, this new and ambitious Adana story following Bitter Lands has already become one of the most talked-about projects of the season. The script of the series is being penned by Yıldız Tunç, known for her deep character analysis and gripping narratives, while the director’s chair will be occupied by the successful director Çağrı Vila Lostuvalı, who makes a difference with the projects she helms.
The series, which will blend the “Çukurova spirit” that dominated the screen for four seasons of Bitter Lands with a brand-new atmosphere and a powerful story, will be filmed against the breathtaking backdrop of Adana. Expected to carry an epic atmosphere that is both nostalgic and modern, the production appears to be atv’s strongest ace for the new season.
First Name Confirmed in the Cast: Sibel Taşçıoğlu
While the work is being carried out with great meticulousness and the title of the series remains a closely guarded secret, casting has already begun. The first name announced for the project is Sibel Taşçıoğlu, who has received high praise for her successful performances. Taşçıoğlu will appear before her fans as “Celadet,” a powerful lady of the house who holds the balance of power in the series.
Preparations are in full swing for the new period drama, which begins in Germany and continues in the harsh and passionate world of Adana.
