Jumanji: Open World has unveiled its first full-length trailer, offering a closer look at the franchise’s next, and final, adventure.
Serving as the fifth installment in the overall series and the third film in the rebooted saga that began in 2017, the movie continues the story after Jumanji: The Next Level.
Dwayne Johnson, Jack Black, Karen Gillan and Kevin Hart reprise their lead roles, joined once again by Alex Wolff, Danny DeVito, Madison Iseman, Morgan Turner and Lamorne Morris. This time, the danger extends beyond the game as Jumanji escapes the console and unleashes chaos in the real world, with wild animals overrunning the city.

As Spencer and his friends discover they are trapped in “demo mode,” they must find a way to restore the game’s balance while protecting both their world and the one inside Jumanji. The film is directed by Jake Kasdan, who co-wrote the screenplay with Scott Rosenberg and Jeff Pinkner, while Johnson also serves as a producer.
The upcoming sequel will also pay tribute to Robin Williams and his iconic portrayal of Alan Parrish in the 1995 original. Jumanji: Open World is set to arrive in theaters on December 25, 2026.
