Easy Peasy Entertainment and Bardaf! Production will present the world premiere of Migali at MIPJUNIOR 2026, giving international buyers and kids’ content executives an exclusive first look at the new 2D animated comedy series.
The screening will take place on Saturday, October 10 at 16:30 at the Debussy Theatre in Cannes, where delegates will be able to watch a full episode of the 52×11’ series. The series is distributed internationally by Moon-Keys International Content.
A New Spider Princess Takes Center Stage
Aimed at children aged 5–8, Migali is based on the bestselling comic series published by Auzou Éditions. The comic has nine volumes and has sold more than 150,000 copies.
The series follows Migali, a young Spider Princess attending the Royal Academy, a prestigious school for princes and princesses from across the kingdoms. While she dreams of becoming queen, Migali is far more interested in having fun, making friends and getting into trouble than following royal protocol.
With the ability to weave webs and an endless supply of energy, Migali regularly turns ordinary school days into chaotic adventures. The series combines colorful animation, comedy and stories about friendship and everyday childhood experiences with a fresh take on the traditional princess story.
“We are so happy to finally reveal our spider princess! MIGALI is a very sincere, generous and unperfect main female character that will bring everyone together,” said Adélaïde Terme, CEO & Producer at Easy Peasy Entertainment. “It is an honor for us to premiere Easy Peasy Entertainment first production to this iconic event that is MipJunior!”
MIPJUNIOR Director Lucy Smith added: “MIPJUNIOR provides an important platform for producers and distributors to showcase their projects to the international kids’ content community, and we’re delighted to welcome Migali to this year’s screening programme.”
The series marks Easy Peasy Entertainment’s first production. The animation company is part of Auzou Publishing, while its second series, Little Wolf, is currently in development with France Télévisions.
