Calinos Entertainment has added Between the World and Us, Runaway and The Choice to its catalogue ahead of MIPCOM 2026, expanding its Turkish drama offering with three limited series.
Calinos Entertainment is expanding its international catalogue with three Turkish limited series ahead of MIPCOM 2026. The new additions include relationship drama Between the World and Us, survival thriller Runaway and crime drama The Choice.
Produced by MF Yapım, Between the World and Us stars Demet Özdemir, Buğra Gülsoy, Hafsanur Sancaktutan, Zerrin Tekindor, Melisa Döngel and Metin Akdülger. The series follows İlkin, who creates a fake social media profile to test her partner Tolga’s feelings. What begins as a relationship experiment becomes increasingly complicated as the people involved are drawn into a web of deception, attraction and self-discovery.
Calinos Entertainment’s Slate Ranges From Survival Thriller to Crime Drama
Runaway, produced by Same Film and O3 Medya, stars internationally recognised Turkish actor Engin Akyürek. The 2022 series follows war photographer Mehmet, his journalist friend İlker and a group that illegally crosses the border to visit an Ezidi village. After the village is attacked by a radical organisation, the group is captured and forced to fight for survival.
The third addition, The Choice, comes from OGM Pictures and stars Timuçin Esen. Directed by Yağmur Taylan and Durul Taylan, the crime drama centres on successful lawyer Fuat Akıncı, whose life is transformed after a devastating event involving his daughter. Mysterious messages begin drawing him into a dangerous path of revenge, forcing him to confront his past and his understanding of justice.
Commenting on the acquisitions, Aslı Serim, Head of Content at Calinos Entertainment, said:

Calinos Entertainment will present its latest slate to international buyers at MIPCOM 2026, taking place in Cannes from October 12-15, at stand P-1 M51.
