Finnish independent distributor Rabbit Films is taking a broad Nordic content slate to MIPCOM 2026, combining factual entertainment and competition formats with reality programming and scripted drama.
The lineup spans five titles from Denmark, Norway and Finland, with formats built around relationship dynamics, design, youth challenges and survival, alongside a psychological thriller.
Rabbit Films’ Slate: From relationship arguments to wilderness competition
Among the factual highlights is You Should Hear Yourself (6×30’), produced by Monday Media Denmark for DR1. The format brings couples onto a theatre stage to recreate their everyday arguments, with experts guiding the process and encouraging participants to see their own conflicts from a different perspective.
Monday Media Denmark and DR1 are also behind Design Masters (6×60’), a competition format in which professional designers develop functional prototypes for household products. Meanwhile, Police Academy Junior (10×30’), produced by Teddy TV for NRK Norway, follows young participants as they face practical challenges inspired by law enforcement.
Rabbit Films is also presenting Camp North (10×90’), produced by Fremantle Finland for Nelonen. The reality competition sends 16 celebrities into the Finnish wilderness, where physical and strategic challenges determine who stays in the competition.
The scripted offering is led by Healer (6×45’), originally titled Parantaja. Produced by Fire Monkey for Elisa Viihde, the psychological thriller follows a disgraced surgeon whose life takes an unexpected turn after becoming involved with a charismatic wellness guru on Suomenlinna island.
Rabbit Films’ SVP International Jonathan Tuovinen said the titles offer buyers formats built around very different settings and stories while sharing a focus on strong premises and character-driven storytelling.
The distributor will present the lineup to international buyers at MIPCOM 2026 in Cannes.
