‘Siyah Kalp’ Plot Summary
In the first episode of Siyah Kalp, Sumru left her twin children behind years ago and built a new life with Samet Şansalan, one of Cappadocia’s wealthiest men. Nuh and Melek, who grew up unaware of their mother’s identity, are forced to confront this painful truth during one of the toughest times of their lives. Filled with years of anger, they leave everything behind and head to Cappadocia.
Meanwhile, Samet’s eldest son from his first marriage, Cihan, comes for a family visit. What starts as a short trip becomes more complicated when he gets caught up in his father’s and Aunt Hikmet’s plans. Hikmet’s daughter, Sevilay, is unhappy with the role she’s expected to play in this scheme, and Cihan’s extended stay frustrates many, especially his jealous stepbrother Esat.
As Nuh and Melek come to confront their mother, their paths cross with Cihan and Sevilay in unexpected ways. But the biggest shock for the twins will come when they finally face Sumru herself.
