Emmy Awards were Presented to the Winners
The 2023 Primetime Emmy Awards, scheduled to be held in September but postponed due to the Hollywood strike, were held at the Peacock Theatre in California (USA). The ceremony, hosted by Anthony Anderson and broadcast on FOX screens in the USA, awarded the best series in 25 categories.
SUCCESSION AND THE BEAR WIND
Succession and The Bear wind blew in the awards given for the 75th time this year. Succession was awarded 6 Emmy awards, including “Best Drama Series”. At the 74th Emmy Awards, Succession was awarded in 3 categories. The HBO series, which has already taken its place among the cult productions, finalised with its last season last year.
The Bear, which was selected as “Best Comedy Series”, left the ceremony with 6 awards, just like Succession. Thus, these two productions became the series that returned from the 75th Primetime Emmy Awards with the most awards.
These two productions were followed by Netflix production Beef with 5 awards.
