The international promotional project Go Türkiye Mini Series, created by the Türkiye Tourism Promotion and Development Agency (TGA), continues to expand with new productions after reaching 8.2 billion impressions and 4.8 billion views worldwide.

Having already introduced six mini series to global audiences, the initiative is now turning its focus to Southeastern Anatolia, the Eastern Black Sea region, and Ankara, with Whispers of Origins serving as the first installment of this new chapter.
Starring Engin Altan Düzyatan and Özge Gürel, the mini series premiered on digital platforms following filming in Adıyaman, Gaziantep, Şanlıurfa, Mardin, and Diyarbakır. The story was created by Emre Gürcan and Hakan Yonat, with the screenplay written by Emre Gürcan, Hakan Yonat, and Nazlı Bora. Hakan Yonat directed the production, while Emre Gürcan and Hakan Yonat also served as producers.
Following two characters as they unravel a mystery, Whispers of Origins showcases the thousands of years of history, rich cultural heritage, and renowned gastronomy of Southeastern Anatolia through a compelling narrative. Throughout the series, iconic landmarks including Mount Nemrut, Göbeklitepe, Balıklıgöl, the historic streets and monasteries of Mardin, Diyarbakır Grand Mosque, Hasanpaşa Han, and the Hevsel Gardens become integral parts of the story, presenting Türkiye’s ancient civilizations to international audiences through a cinematic lens.

With its mystical atmosphere and strong performances, Whispers of Origins premiered on digital platforms on July 24, bringing Türkiye’s historical, cultural, and natural heritage to viewers around the world.
Since its launch, the Go Türkiye Mini Series initiative has become one of the strongest examples of next-generation destination storytelling, reaching 8.2 billion impressions and 4.8 billion views across international digital platforms through its first six productions.
Projects including Istanbul My Love, Antalya Gambit, Hidden Lover, An Istanbul Story, Cappadocia Fairytale, and Turquoise Summer have introduced Türkiye’s cities, cultural heritage, gastronomy, and lifestyle to billions of viewers worldwide through cinematic storytelling.
Of the project’s 8.2 billion impressions, 1.7 billion came from teaser campaigns and 6.46 billion from episode promotions. Combined with 471 million teaser views and 4.3 billion episode views, the series has now surpassed 4.8 billion total views.
