Warner Bros. Discovery’s premium digital streaming platform, HBO Max, has officially launched the production process for its new local HBO Original series, Kayıp Zaman (Lost Time), aimed at expanding its Turkish library.


The preparations for the highly anticipated project were completed in strict secrecy, and the first stills from the set have been shared. Bringing Hazal Subaşı and Kaan Yıldırım together in the lead roles, the series’ screenplay is penned by the powerful writers Levent Cantek and Gülsev Karagöz. Deniz Yorulmazer, known for his successful direction, sits in the director’s chair. The eagerly awaited Kayıp Zaman is preparing to bring HBO’s high-quality standards together with local stories.


The cast includes successful names such as Damla Sönmez, Yetkin Dikinciler, Berk Bakioğlu, Füsun Kostak, Yağmur Yüksel, Kayra Şenocak, and Deniz Cengiz. Produced by ARC Film with Fatih Enes Ömeroğlu as producer, the first frames from the set of the 8-episode series have also been released.
The series centers on the story of Zeyno (Hazal Subaşı), who loses her memory following an accident. Zeyno, the wife of Pamir (Kaan Yıldırım), one of the country’s most famous actors, suddenly finds herself at the center of public and media attention due to a scandal occurring after the accident.
Through its exploration of relationships, power dynamics, and invisible bonds, the series will offer viewers an impressive story with a steadily increasing tempo.
